General Membership Meetings

Our General Membership Meetings are usually held once a month, on the second Wednesday of the month, starting at 6:30 pm at either the Morris County Library or the Mason's Lodge on Maple Ave in Morristown.
Attending meetings gives you a chance to get involved, share ideas, speak out, connect with like minded people, and participate in local Tea Party grassroots efforts.

You don't have to be a member to attend meetings.

Code of Conduct
All like-minded citizens are welcome at our meetings.  We do however reserve the right to conduct our meetings in a manner which benefits our members.  We are not a debating society and would encourage those who disagree with the Tea Party commitment to limited government, fiscal responsibility and free markets to seek out other organizations.

Information Sessions

We believe well informed public is essential to ensure the preservation of American ideals and quality of life for current and future generations.  To that end, we provide non-partisan information sessions featuring recognized experts on public policy and current critical issues facing our nation and state.  These sessions provide comprehensive factual information on specific topics to broaden public awareness and understanding of issues, proposed solutions and policies.

Events on The Green

On April 15, 2009 hundreds of thousands of citizens gathered in more than 800 cities to voice their opposition to out of control spending at all levels of government.  Organized in all 50 states by Americans from all walks of life, these "tea parties" were a true grassroots protest of irresponsible fiscal policies and intrusive government.  We were one of those initial tea parties.

Since then, eight more rallies have been held on The Green in Morristown with a combined attendance of approximately 16,200 people.
